COVID-19 Safety Precautions
Safety measures include the following:

Non-vaccinated conference attendees should have a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the conference.

Social distancing will be strictly followed with a limited number of attendees onsite.

Attendees must wear a face covering during the event.

You must wear a face mask that conforms to government regulations or U.S. CDC guidelines.

Your mask must fit snugly against the side of your face, and bandanas are not permitted.

Face shields and/or goggles are not an acceptable substitute for the use of a face mask but may be used in addition to one.

Attendees are required to maintain social distancing during the event.

Hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the meeting space, as well as in the hotel.

Signage is being used throughout the meeting space and hotel as a reminder to wear a mask and maintain social distance.

Commonly touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected by staff as often as possible.

Check-in for the event will be socially distanced and managed by the conference organizers.

All meals and break items will be served by the hotel staff in accordance with their individual COVID-19 safety procedures and standards.

Be prepared to show your vaccination card.

Do not attend if you:

Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 21 days.

Have experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days (excludes symptoms from a pre-existing condition)

Temperature of 38 C/100.4 F or higher

Cough
-
Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing

Chills
-
Muscle pain
-
Sore throat

Recent loss of taste or smell

Nausea / vomiting / diarrhea

Have had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
