Nghiem Ha, MD, MAS is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of California, San Francisco. He received his medical degree at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine followed by internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco as part of the ABIM Research Pathway, and completed a subsequent fellowship in advance/transplant hepatology at the University of California, San Francisco. He is an active member of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD). His research focuses on the clinical application of quantitative morphometrics in the clinical care of patients with chronic liver disease.
